Strip wax didn't get all the hairs - I needed to ask for more strips to be done. Was redone, and hot wax also used. End result was acceptable.

This was my third treatment and my skin looks amazingly different from before I started. I had some recent adult acne scaring on one check that has almost completely gone! Also, I was held up at work and was 10 minutes late for my session. My therapist was very kind and understanding about the situation and didn't not cut my session time.
