Good wax which was worth the money. There was just something lacking about the ambience however which made me feel slightly uncomfortable throughout. I think this might have been due to personal preference though. Staff were professional otherwise, though not too friendly.
Rachel was brilliant as always - the most pain-free and efficient waxer I've ever met. In and out in about 15 minutes with minimal discomfort. Rachel always puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable.

As always Eileen did a great job on the pedicure. The heat treatment and foot massage are a great part of the treatment and more than you would get at even fancy salons. Highly recommend!
