This is a lovely, tranquil place with a friendly and knowledgeable team. I had strained my neck the previous week and after explaining this to Nancy she made sure to focus on this predominately during the massage to help heal it. Although it was painful at the time, I can happily say that her method worked and my neck is now mostly back to normal! I will definitely return, hopefully when I'm in less pain so I can actually fully appreciate the full 60 min and relax :)
