The wax itself was flawless, one of the best results I've had after a wax however the therapist was very rough and made the experience very uncomfortable. She barely said two words to me and when she she was looking in another direction. There was a lot of huffing and sighing going on during the treatment, It seemed as if she was annoyed. I would go back and give the place another chance as everybody is human and she may have been having a bad day, hopefully the atmosphere is better.

The bikini wax I was given was not the one I asked for but the vibe is very friendly and the people are lovely so I’ll come back again and just make sure everything is crystal clear before we start.
