I treated me and my partner to a couple's massage and he also had a pedicure whilst I had a gel manicure. From the moment we entered BeautyPac we were treated like VIP guests! When they found out it was my partner's birthday they treated him to complimentary Prosecco and as I don't drink alcohol I was offered a selection of soothing teas to relax me. I cannot thank the staff and owner of BeautyPac enough as they pulled it all the stops to make the experience wonderful. The massage itself was relaxing (as this was my preference) and my partner requested firmer pressure. My gel manicure looked awesome (we got creative and had neon ombre on my natural nails. The manicure lasted me 3 weeks! The pedicure my partner had was excellent. We were not rushed by the staff, if anything, care and attention was given to us the entire time we were there (almost 3 hours). Thank you for everything. Such a great experience. Will DEFINITELY be coming back.

I really like the finished look of my mani and pedi. Staff were very friendly. The only thing that put me off slightly is the dumping of skin clippings onto the floor. Would recommend as a cheap option for good looking nails if you don’t mind a bit of rough edges in terms of cleanliness/ambiance
