Probably the best deep tissue I’ve had.
Was getting a lot of knots / soreness in the IT band and hamstrings from boxing/kickboxing & a tight back from too much time at a desk. This deep tissue got right to the areas that were giving me issues.
I felt there was a very good awareness of how much pressure to apply, plus of where knots or areas that needed extra work or revisiting were.
It was intense but much needed and as a Deep Tissue should be, there needs to be a level of good pain in breaking down the knotted areas / fascia/scar tissue.

Lovely experience. A proper pedicure and manicure - I felt thoroughly pampered. Good quality products too - all Neil’s Yard. Very happy with the result. Lovely staff and lovely ambience. A little haven in Stockwell. I will definitely be going back - I think I have found my new nail place.
