Gel Nails Manicure

Had a gel manicure with a new girl (previously I was a regular customer with Michelle), and it was the worst manicure in my life! The girl was lovely but completely unprofessional. First of all when she was removing gel from my nails she destroyed them by taking the top layer of the healthy nails with the pusher, cuticule scissors were still with the skin from the previous client, the only her attempt to sterilise them was to spay them quickly with antiseptic. I needed to ask her to change them for another pair. My cuticles look like bitten now. The layers of the gel are very uneven. I loved this salon, but unfortunately won't come back.
