This was such a soothing pamper sess where you felt like you were in an indoor garden with calming music. The treatments were perfect and left my skin feeling so smoothe and hydrated!

Great massage, thank you! She really worked on those knots for me but I'll need to go back again soon I think - my back is pretty knotty from sitting on a stool for work during lockdown. Highly recommend BeautyPac for massage!

This was the worst wax I’ve ever had. The beauty therapist used paper towels to get the wax off, instead of waiting for the hot wax to harden as usual. This may be a legitimate technique but I’ve never come across it in seven years of having regular waxes. The wax was very prolonged and painful. I asked the therapist not to use the tweezers on the ingrown hairs but she did anyway. This is disappointing as I usually have a really good and quick experience at Beautypac with Eileen,who is excellent
