This was the worst wax I’ve ever had. The beauty therapist used paper towels to get the wax off, instead of waiting for the hot wax to harden as usual. This may be a legitimate technique but I’ve never come across it in seven years of having regular waxes. The wax was very prolonged and painful. I asked the therapist not to use the tweezers on the ingrown hairs but she did anyway. This is disappointing as I usually have a really good and quick experience at Beautypac with Eileen,who is excellent

Booked for brow wax, and told the lady when I got in the room it was a wax but she proceeded to do threading which was weird!

The gel nail itself was lovely! Really happy with the quality of polish and the outcome however the manicure itself was a little harsh- leaving my cuticles bleeding and still hurting 24 hours lasted.
