I had such a good experience at Beauty Pac - Kim was so lovely and welcoming and she did a brilliant job. Overall it was much pleasanter experience than my previous spray tans and I was so happy with the results, I'd strongly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful facial with Eileen. It was relaxing and I even fell asleep a few times!
I usually have a full body deep tissue massage with Eileen but I didn’t select employee when booking and was assigned Nancy.
I found her customer service poor. The massage felt very rushed and I didn’t feel relaxed at all.
I will ensure I select Eileen when booking in future. Disappointed.
