Disappointed with my experience at BeautyPac. I’ve been here before and was really impressed, but I was very let down this time. The beautician was uncommunicative and didn’t ask for my preferences before she started my eyebrow threading. For my Hollywood wax, she used a strange technique of using kitchen towels to rip my hot wax off, which has left me with wax still all over me. I’ve given 2 stars (rather than 1) only because at least the wax was thorough. It’s a shame because it really is a beautiful salon, and the other staff all seemed very friendly.
