Really great pedicure but really soulless place. My usual place was booked up so I took a chance on Beautypac after a break away but I won't go back again. It's an odd mix of managers/receptionist sitting around on their phones - not even acknowledging clients, not even a smile - and the therapists who work like crazy. This 'them and us' environment makes me feel really uncomfortable.

Had such a great experience here, the salon was really beautiful and clean and everyone was very pleasant. I was offered a glass of water and they had several fans on the go so it was a nice temperature inside in the hot weather. Elizabeth is a fantastic nail technician; my nails are beautiful and the nail art she has done on them is incredibly intricate and detailed. So pleased and will definitely be back.
