However, my nails are not good at all… :( I have come to you many times and never been disappointed.. but this time is different. My appointment was Saturday - it is now Tuesday and they are already chipping and peeling. The beautician put far to much product on each nail, which dripped down with gravity (when my hand was under the light) and gathered at the sides / over my cuticles and under my nail. It looks awful! She actually had to shave some off half way through because she could see this was happening… but it just happened again. I also asked for a French tip, and unfortunately these don’t even come to the edge of my nail so they look quite silly :( usually I am delighted with my nails but this time I am very disappointed.. I’m thinking I will get them redone somewhere else tomorrow!

I love beauty pac the service is always so personal & caters for your personal needs.
My massage was out of this world, left me feeling on Cloud 9 & it tool me several minutes to come back down to earth. My msssage took care of all my problem areas removing the tension and enabling me to feel truly relaxed
