I did a lymphatic drainage massage. It was my first one and hope it will have the health benefits that are intended. It's a very firm pressure so not for the faint hearted but this is necessary to get the drainage effect. Nancy explained everything very well.

I thought I'd treat myself to an impromptu pedicure! I went in and asked if I could have one. I was told it would be a 10min wait. I sure didn't feel like q0 mins because before I knew it I was having my treatment! Loved every second of it!!!
