Nice Salon but not pleased with customer service. I pre-paid to have a standard pedicure and then asked if I could change to a gel. They said it would cost an extra £5 which I was happy to pay. The therapist’s colleague picked the wrong colour by one shade and when I queried it she realised it was wrong. She redid it which was great but i had to stay an extra 30 mins to get this done. I asked if we could waiver the £5 fee as a gesture of good will but they declined. Won’t go again.

A lovely salon, very peaceful. Unfortunately my manicure wasn’t the best quality, and within just a few days the nails were peeling. I’d return to the salon but probably for a different treatment.
