The lashes were great and it was evident that Ryad was knowledgeable. However, I was quite disappointed when she asked me to reschedule the appointment for an hour later, only to still arrive late and make me wait.

Made me very relaxed
Gave an aftercare leaflet and a booklet explaining the microdermabrasion benefits and how to get the most of it re drink, nutrition and sleep. Booked in for a second one in 2 weeks and booked for ombré brows.
