Good overall experience, however the treatment was not done up to the standard that I’m accustomed to.
The treatment was to include LED and my last appointment this was not included, nor was it communicated why.
If it was purely down to the customer service, I would’ve recommended and rebooked.
Not an overall bad experience but I would not rebook again.
Also, there felt a huge pressure to buy other treatments.

Rads is so lovely and experienced and professional best lashes ever i had
And booked another two treatments with her facials she have so much knowledge about skin and everything love it definitely highly recommend and coming back in a week again thanks xx

The lashes were done in under an hour for a full set of hybrid lashes!Unfortunately, the lash lady cut corners and the results were poor. Having had lash extensions for the past five years, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had
