Naomi not only WhatsApped me before my appointment to make sure I knew exactly where I was going but she made me feel so welcome and it was like chatting with a best mate 5 mins into my first ever appointment with her. She’s also exceptionally good at BIAB and I really liked that she asked what the nails were for and gave me some ideas of things to try that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. 10/10 will absolutely be going back
