She asked me to come 30 mins early which I could not do. I then called ahead to say I’d be 2 mins late, when I got there she rushed me and was rude to me, telling me she’d have to rush the appointment because I was late. She then didn’t trim the hairs that were left and left wax in them, but I didn’t feel I could say anything because she was so angry.
