The venue was very accessible and appeared very well fitted out and clean. I was both greeted and treated by friendly staff and had a pleasant manicure experience. My only small issue was the choice of colours, but this was because I had chosen the Phenom - there seemed considerably more choice for a normal manicure!

The girls was very attentive and she checked if it was the first time I had a wax or if I had any skin problem. We chatted a bit during my half leg waxing session, and every now and then she was checking how I was feeling! Felt very cared and cuddled
