I hadn't realised that I needed to book in advance for shellac removal on top of my shellac manicure so my therapist had to do a 'touch up' job instead as she didn't have time to remove and re-do the shellac. I still paid £20. She suggested I contact you to notify you.

Still the best waxing I have had in London or local. Very friendly and professional. No pain. Only criticisms this time around (compared to last time) are music disappeared and not quite as clean
