I've been here numerous times and always been very impressed with the service. However, I think Sky was on holiday so the lady that waxed me was covering her. She was lovely, but not the best waxer - often taking 2 or 3 goes at ripping off a piece of wax! I think this was just a one-off bad experience, as I've always had a great experience here.
