My visit was as I expected. The lady was very nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all! The appointment lasted less than expected. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Everything was perfect. Very thorough lower leg waxing - they obviously use a really good wax as sometimes I find that not all the hairs are removed, whereas this time I couldn't find a single hair on my legs afterwards. Also had a Brazilian which was almost pain free and, again, extremely thorough. She really listened to what I wanted and left me with exactly the shape I wanted (which doesn't happen often!). This is my second visit here and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on.
