This was my first time booking here. I tried to phone this morning to inform them I was stuck in traffic and might be a little late, I was unable to contact them on their website so left voicemails explaining but never heard back. I arrived 5 minutes late and have never been treated so rudely. I was apologetic but the woman was so rude and angry and refused to do the treatment, when I said I tried to call and was sorry she just shrugged and didn't even try and offer me a different appointment and told me to leave. Never coming back here again.
This was my first visit. Very professional. I will definitely return for future leg waxes and any other treatments I may need.

I have been a few times and the treatment has been fine. But recently the woman who I got was slightly rude about whether I was getting waxed regularly enough.
