The woman who treated me was lovely, very friendly and professional. The space itself was fine, clean and tidy. My issue is that she double dipped the wooden stick for the wax. Throughout the whole wax she only ever used the same end of one stick. GROSS AND UNSANITARY. I’m admittedly too nice and didn’t have the heart to complain so that’s my own fault but I shouldn’t have to remind the technician about sanitary practices.
