Great place, and brilliant at what they do - quick, efficient and make you feel so comfortable. I was a bit nervous when I went as I hadn't done waxing before and felt self-conscious, Velma was amazing, putting me at ease - I now go on a regular monthly basis as they are so welcoming and always lovely to see Velma.
