manicurist is lovely and attentive, but poor quality gel varnish let us both down. I don't think it's possible to get a good enough finish with the gel she's using. :(

Lovely friendly staff and the treatment was good and explained well, I could hear the radio from the front room in the background so would have been nice to have ambient music in the room instead, but that's the only fault I could find!
