First of all you ask how was Neelam, well that wasn’t the lady I had, her name started with a K I think. But onto the haircut I asked for a bob style haircut as my hair was getting too long . But it wasn’t till I got home that I noticed some of it was longer than the other parts, the back was longer and tapered down, not level. I went straight back to her and she trimmed it more. Shouldn’t have to go back. Probably won’t go there again although it’s on the doorstep! Might have to go elsewhere.
I have never been treated so bad by so rude people, I was nervous about going as never been before, couldn’t pay by card was told to go next door to get money, which was a chemist, i went back to check was told to walk to Sainsbury’s, it was very obvious they didn’t want me there, or to cut my hair it was just a trim, I’d never go there, thank god they didn’t cut my hair if that’s how I was treated before I even sat on chair, disgusting behaviour never ever again
I was disappointed with my visit. The haircut was uneven with poorly done layers, and the blow dry left my hair frizzy — I even had to ask for it to be re-styled. When I raised my concerns, the atmosphere became uncomfortable. The salon itself didn’t feel very clean, and the products and hair tools used weren’t what I would expect from a professional salon. Overall, not a good experience.
