Booked via app but they had no record. Initially told they don’t do pedicures for men. No one knew how to handle a refund. Eventually agreed to proceed, but the atmosphere was unfriendly. Water was cold—heated with a kettle. Worst pedicure I’ve had: heels barely touched, cuticles now swollen on several toes. Won’t return.

Appaling experience - avoid. 1)Treatment area & table was so filthy it was triggering my dust mite allergy! 2) Therapist randomly sprayed acid in my face! 3) Therapist gouged my arm with her nail during massage 4) They tried to cut short my session.

I arrived for my appointment on Sunday and the assistants had no idea I was coming.
They had to make a phone call to someone before I was aloud to be seated.
They advised me not to use this website and to make any future bookings directly to the shop.
Had never had this treatment before and I tried to explain this , they gave me no idea what to expect , so a little disappointed, result was OK but very sore afterwards. I don't know what I expected so I suppose it is going to be a little sore.
