Lashes were put on with heavy black glue. Very poor quality
Very uncomfortable had to pull them off with tweezers as I couldn’t close my eyes without irritation.

I had to come back a different day for the polish change as it started chipping the same day. They redid with no issues so at the end of it I was okay but it was very inconvenient.

The appointment went well although I did feel a little rushed out because I opted for an express pedi with normal polish and not gel polish. The ambiance is fine, pretty relaxed. I was comfortable and the staff were polite.
