Following my recent waxing appointment, I was disappointed to discover bruising on my inner thigh and inner arm. The technician invited me to book directly with her next time, rather than through the app. The leg waxing left patches of broken hair due to insufficient wax, and my underarms were burnt from excessive waxing. Additionally, the treatment bed was dusty, no towel was provided after bikini waxing, and the doors were left unlocked.Never again at this salon!
