I arrived 5 mins before appointment. And I was made to wait for 25 mins . I was also told to book by calling directly salon and not to book via treatwell .
Also because of late start to face waxing I was told if I went for leg wax I will have to wait for 20 more mins . So I did not go for leg wax .
The wax used for face waxing was too hot and resulted in rashes all over my face .
Very poor experience.
