Lovely relaxing facial, with lots of massaging. Left my skin feeling lovely and soft. However it was a deep cleansing facial so I would have expected black head extraction by hand after the steaming - but she ran a metal blackhead extractor over my nose and chin for a minute.
Paid for the haircut 'wet' cut on TW listed at £10, but once at the salon they clarified that would only be a dry cut with a very small trim. I did think it was too good to be true. So I paid £15 extra for a wash and hair cut that was more than a few mm, but the cut wasn't what we agreed or what I asked for.
I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted while I was there as well, and was really happy with the results of that service. Would recommend them for eyebrows.

Had a great experiance, Kelly was lovely and did a really good job with my hair! May if just gained a new regular customer!
The beautician did a lovely job of my brows and she was very kind and friendly. My eyebrows look perfect! The value was great too. The only thing is that I compared the experience to HD brows at my old salon that I used to visit before I moved house. At my old salon I would have have an hour with my beautician with seven steps of HD brows including aftercare, such as a soothing/skin calming lotion, makeup on my brows and advice on maintenance, which I don't think I received this time around, I think they only did six steps here. But this salon was still really good, amazing value for money and was probably an express version of HD brows as my appointment was only 20 mins long.
