Nusrat is not doing massages at all. Not sure why her name is there. The massage therapist is not a professional at all, not sure if se is even qualified. The massage was completely unstructured and unprofessional. It became clear there was no real skill involved. Overall, this experience felt misleading and dishonest. People pay for a specific level of skill and professionalism, and this service did not meet even the most basic standards.

Good. Language can be a barrier at times but super friendly. Too much ownership on the colour, I don’t like that I prefer the stylist to give more guidance.
