Nusrat was not my therapist it was a lady named Padmani I believe that was her name (Sri lankan therapist) she was lovely, did an amazing job. However, the colleague she was working with I believe Lydia was not great. As I was leaving, I explained I paid via Treatwell but acted like I was a thief trying to leave without paying. Kept interrupting my therapist to leave room when she didnt even need it. The place needed a good clean, the face steamers had product on them, the floors filthy, dusty
