I booked the appt for my daughter for 10am to find the salon was shut. She waited for one full hour when the lady came soon after 11. There are no fixed charges for a full body wax. Instead of offering some discount as a good will she asked for a whopping £120. I’ve been getting this service for £80 at a place 100x better with more professional staff. For every part she charged separately. Worst experience. Waiting at the busy barking road for one hour and then the rip-off. Never coming back!!
