I love coming to Beauty Wonderland, I regularly get my hair and nails done now. It has such a great atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly and very proffesional in what they do and I would recommend to anyone at any age.

I recently visited Beauty Wonderland to get my make up done and was highly impressed with the service I received at the Salon. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who instantly took my coat and offered me a drink upon arrival. The makeup artist then called me up to begin my makeup, and she helped me choose the colour for my eye shadow and lip colouring, after showing her a photograph of my dress! All the makeup she used was MAC, chanel and illamasqua. I was absolutely thrilled with the final product and I received compliments all night on how flawless I looked. Highly recommended!

I was so excited for the treatment on Friday, after reading all of the favourable reviews online. I arrived at 16.15 for a 16.30 appointment and was greeted warmly and offered a drink. At 16.40 I was told that the therapist was running 'about ten minutes' behind and that they wouldn't be long. I waited for another 20 minutes until 5pm when I was again told that the therapist would be 'right with me.' Ten minutes later the receptionist informed me that one of their UV lamps had 'just broken.' I asked if it was worth staying and she assured me the therapist was almost done and would be with me shortly. At 17.35 I left the salon, having had no treatment or apology, there was nobody on the reception desk to tell that I was leaving, as I had a child to pick up at 6. Very disappointing, especially as I was going to book hair and makeup at the same venue for events over the summer.
