Salon was being cleaned as I turned up - I was slightly early and the girl let me come and sit inside even though they weren't opening for another 10 mins or so.
I felt like the salon was clean - although I'm not sure if I would think the same if I came late in the afternoon/evening, I think it helps that I was first apt of the day.
The girls were all very nice, friendly. Though most places offer you a drink or s glass of water which would have been nice and was not offered here.
They do offer big discounts if you buy one of their in-store vouchers.
The girl who did my wax was quick and thorough - she asked me to check at the end, and when I said there were a few more to get she told me to get back on the table and she would get them.

One of the least painful waxes I have ever had. Usually if staff don't know what they are doing it's ridiculously painful and not the best experience but this was great.
