The wax was a little bit too hot at times, but otherwise very quick and good service. They have a good membership scheme where if you pay ahead, you get better deals for next time.

Eventhough it's my first time trying brazilian, the staff is super kind and willingly to compromise my scream. It doesn't hurt as much as I thought it would be and the staff keep making sure that it won't hurt so I don't get panicked so it's super kind of her. Definitely would wax again in here.
