1.appointment was rescheduled on the app multiple times without confirming with me first. 2. I chose a specific person to perform my treatments. Which was also changed on the app without confirming with me first. 3.gel wasn’t applied well. Flooding on my toes and certain parts of my nails not covered. bleeding at 2 nails where she filed. Lastly, my therapist didn’t greet me or speak a word to me, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Sadly, won’t be returning to this salon
