Jess was lovely and I’m happy with my hair, so thank you. I was also happy to pay £30 for toner, and accepted an extra £15–£20 for extra time. But I was charged £25 without being told. I understand the need to cover costs, but if a service takes longer, that shouldn’t fall on the client, especially when I’d already paid extra. The final price felt unclear, and I left feeling deflated and uncomfortable. Was going to book for nails next week and a hair touch up but v unlikely to now.
