Review is for brows only - I cancelled the Hollywood wax prior to appointment.
The staff here are very friendly and nice but my brows look awful! The left brow is ok but the right brow has dye on the skin above the arch and they’ve missed a good bit of hair on the inner border. The brow therefore tapers at the inner border and looks horrendous. Hopefully I can fix it with make up so it’s not obvious at work. Very disappointed as I’ve just moved to the area and was hoping to make this my new salon but definitely not.

The salon was clean and tidy as usual, and very lovely staff. I was disappointed with the LVL lash treatment. My lashes don’t look any different now to what they were before, which isn’t ideal when you are spending so much money on it for a special occasion. I didn’t have any aftercare to maintain the lashes explained to me, and I was left with glue across the top of my eyelid I had to peel off myself at home later. Without going into too much detail the wax wasn’t quite up to its usual standard I’ve previously had here. However this being said, I really like this salon as the staff always make you feel very welcome and relaxed, so I’m hoping this feedback is taken onboard.
