The salon was clean and tidy as usual, and very lovely staff. I was disappointed with the LVL lash treatment. My lashes don’t look any different now to what they were before, which isn’t ideal when you are spending so much money on it for a special occasion. I didn’t have any aftercare to maintain the lashes explained to me, and I was left with glue across the top of my eyelid I had to peel off myself at home later. Without going into too much detail the wax wasn’t quite up to its usual standard I’ve previously had here. However this being said, I really like this salon as the staff always make you feel very welcome and relaxed, so I’m hoping this feedback is taken onboard.
