It was just after lockdown so I understand they were busy. I didn't have a great experience which is a shame because I rarely have my nails done, especially my hands and feet at the same time, this was a real treat. They did offer to re-do them but I rarely get a moment to myself as I have a young boy and work - pamper time is rare, it had been 2 years since my last pamper. I'm sure it was just because they were super busy as I'd been before and they were great.

This was my first visit and the girls were fantastic. Emma gave a really great, relaxing pedicure; COVID measures were in place and I was made to feel very at ease with this new normal! I will definitely be back! Thank you 🥰
