Felt warm and invited upon entry. Offered something to drink and assured my appointed time would be kept-I’m a little early. My only criticism, is that the form offered for your details should be offered/given to you upon entry to fill. This way it would not eat into your appointment time. My massage was wonderful. A gentle Q &A on what/why it was being done help in my relaxation. My masseuse was very professional, friendly and highly experience. Highly recommend
