I showed the hairstylist some pictures of what I wanted and she destroyed my hair. It doesn’t look at all to what I asked for. Besides that, they charged me more because my hair was “extra long”. I feel that they should indicate that clearly, otherwise is very misleading . The person who washed my hair had no idea, she kept pulling it to the point I had to tell her she was hurting me. Over all the worst experience I had in haircut. Avoid!
