We were greeted upon arrival by i believe the owner. Absolutely friendly and welcoming. The salon was spotless and just felt super cosy. We had a couples massage which was insane. Relaxing but sorted my back issue out. Both our therapists were accommodating and gave us a lovely massage. Only little issue we had was we was a little cold during our massage but never the less it was still a 10/10 massage. Iona who does nails, was so friendly, id felt like id known her for years. As we left the salon, my exact words to my friend was ‘ive never in my life experienced customer service like that’ The staff in the salon we’re so welcoming and lovely. I would definitely travel from Birmingham to Manchester again to see these lovely ladies. Thank you for the pizza recommendation too, it was too tier. 💕
