Shop was closed on arrival. Google said it opened at 10am and was closed when I arrived at 10.20. Ran out of bleach halfway through highlights had to wait for team member to arrive with more bleach stock.
Top half of my head has gone red instead of dark blonde with lighter blonde highlights.
Blow dry made my hair look like straw. Liked the colour initially but wasn’t in the best light - stepped out and saw it was red.
