Felt really lovely and relaxed after my treatment

The salon seemed well run and clean. I paid extra for builder gel and a French manicure since the last time I had that done elsewhere they stayed intact for 3 weeks. Within a week of having them done at this salon though, the tips of my manicure started cracking off, peeling a fair amount of my nail with them. By the end of 10 days half of my nails only had tiny flecks of white left. I contacted the salon and was advised that after 10 days they do not repair gel nails but they would be willing to remove the gels free of charge as a good will gesture. I decided against it because it didn’t seem like a good use of my time to go back if their expectations didn’t match mine. Personally, I will try another salon next time.

Amazing service. This is the first time I have been to Beauty Within and I’ll definitely be making a return visit. Kayshia was lovely and friendly, she really took the time to talk through what I wanted properly and gave me valuable advice on hair health going forwards. Really happy with the cut, and the service
