The staff are very UNFRIENDLY and UNPROFESSIONAL. They rescheduled my appointment without consulting with me first. They also failed to do the full treatment for my hair and charged the full price even though she used the minimum amount of hair dye on me as I only needed to do my roots. After I asked for a discount as my hair was incomplete, they refused. The owner called me one day later attacking me and wrongly accused me of leaving a review. DON’T GO TO THIS SALON!

Kayshia did a brilliant job on my hair. It was my first time at Beauty Within and as soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted and my appointment started right away. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely come back again!
